Classes and Events: Fitness and Nutrition with Sara

Sat or Sun – 11am-5pm



Assessments and Intake: $0.00

Personal Training: $28.00/hour

Nutritional Counseling: $38.00/hour

Group Fitness: $10.00/class


Classes (availability based on interest)

Sundays – 9am-10am – Power Walking Core: 3 mile power walk and standing core

Wednesdays – 5:30pm-6:30pm – Dance Corpe: A quick, super-fun moderate intensity workout that fuses dance movement with cardiovascular training (though similar in theory, this is not Zumba). The pace changes with the music mash-up, which includes 80’s, 90’s and 2000’s artists – everything from Madonna to ODB to Icona Pop. Playlist available here; choreography below.
