Abs & Glutes Circuit: Modified
Perform the following Circuit 2-3 times, stretch afterward

30 jumping jacks
30 crunches
30 squats
30 steam engines
20 jumping jacks
20 crunches
20 squats
20 steam engines

Cardio 10 minutes (Outdoors: running; Indoors: treadmill, bike, elliptical or stair master)

*Three times through is roughly 39 minutes.
